Eric Kofi Ansah is a distinguished Human Resource Management professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse sectors, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, NGOs, insurance, and public service. He is recognized for his forward-thinking approach to people management and his ability to align human resource strategies with organizational goals.
Currently serving as Group Human Resource Manager of the JUSTMOH Group of Companies, Eric provides strategic leadership and oversight of HR operations across multiple subsidiaries. His expertise spans employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and policy development, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compliance.
Eric’s strong academic background reflects his commitment to professional growth and knowledge advancement. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Management from the University of Mines & Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa; a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management; a Master of Science (MSc) degree in NGO Studies and Management; an Executive Postgraduate Certificate in Labour Policy Studies; and a Diploma in Youth Development Work.
He is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CIHRM) and a member of the International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA), Geneva. In addition, his experience as an adjunct lecturer in HR-related courses has enabled him to mentor and shape future practitioners.
