Alhaj Elias Kofi Yusuf Gyampson is a distinguished civic educator, human rights advocate and retired Naval Officer with decades of experience in public service, civic education, and community development. Throughout his career with the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) and the National Peace Council, he has been at the forefront of promoting peacebuilding, democratic participation, and social cohesion in Ghana.

His leadership experience extends to local governance, where he served two terms as Presiding Member of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly, a role that strengthened his skills in governance, consensus-building, and stakeholder engagement.
